- While JOIN SCOUTING NIGHT is Officially September 11th, scheduling conflicts have caused some unit's JSN event to be rescheduled. Be sure to check with your UC for the actual dates for your unit.
- District Commitee Meeting is scheduled for August 12th at 7:00 pm at Presbyterian Hospital 2nd floor mezzanine conference room.
- The Innaugural Edition of the Tawakoni District Newsletter, Smoke Signals, is now available for download. The district is currently accepting announcements, articles, photos, and pretty much anything scouting related for upcoming editions. The newsletter will be published monthly and will include timely articles and featured stories from District Leaders, Unit Leaders, and both Cub and Boys Scouts.
